Remuneration: £40,000 – £50,000 + overtime

The role of the Installations Manager – Fire Stopping will involve:

* Installations Manager position dealing with the installation, inspection and technical assurance of fire-rated sealing barriers

* Overseeing a team delivering the installation of passive fire protection systems, including fire stopping, cable transits and service penetration seals

* Ensuring all installations comply with project specifications, fire safety regulations and third-party certification requirements

* Coordinating labour, materials, site programmes and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

* Maintaining site safety, RAMS, quality inspections and installation records, ensuring all works meet required standards

The ideal applicant will be Installations Manager – Fire Stopping with:

* Must have experience as an Installations Manager or Site Manager or Project Manager within construction

* Ideally will have experience dealing with passive fire systems such as, fire doors, fire barriers, intumescent coatings, fire rated compounds

* At least a CSCS blue card

* Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* Effective time management and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
