Installer / Field Service Engineer Hybrid

Location: Maidstone

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000 basic plus uncapped commission (up to £40k-45k OTE)

Working Hours: 2 weeks - 40 hours; 2 weeks - 48 hours

Shift Pattern: 9am to 6pm, Mon to Fri including bank holidays. Must be able to work Saturdays (one on, one off)

Holidays: 29 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing to 31 days after 1 years' service

What You Will Be Doing

• Visiting new customers, providing a security analysis of our customers property, and carry out a professional installation

• Visiting existing customers, troubleshooting any issues and repeat false alarms that may arise.

• Provide any technical assistance during the installation process and routine maintenance of Verisure Security Systems

• Responsible for managing stock materials and company vehicle maintenance in line with schedules

• Delivering a detailed and informed walkthrough of any Verisure Alarm system.

About You

• You must have a clean manual driving license

• You are passionate about technology & product information

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to make effective and timely resolutions

• Ability to use hand tools and competent with the usage of step ladders

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work on maintenance
