Job Description

One of our top tier asset management clients is expanding their Client Service Solutions team. It is a versatile role straddling distribution and operations, working with complex institutional clients. Acting as the escalation point for internal client service teams.

The Role
Foster excellent working relationships with key business areas, engaging with senior management to represent client service interests and issues.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the firm’s products and operational platforms, understanding clients' strategies and service requirements.
Review and enhance the service provided to Client Teams, sharing insights with client management.
Collaborate with distribution teams to monitor best practices and ensure strategic solutions are implemented.
Track and manage SLAs alongside the Head of Client Service Support.
Lead operational service review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Act as an escalation point for operational service issues across all Client Teams.
Participate in operational and client service projects, working closely with Client Teams and other key stakeholders.

The Candidate
2-5 years of institutional client service experience within asset management
Knowledge of institutional investment products (LDI, Cashflow matching, Credit, Real Assets, and Index funds) is desirable.
Experience in report writing and project management is a plus.
Proven experience in the investment management industry, delivering exceptional client service and sales support.
