Institutional Sales Associate

Job DescriptionWe are partnering with a leading asset management firm with over $100bil AUM globally which dedicates a high level of service to its core institutional client base. They are currently looking to hire an Institutional Sales Associate to join them on a permanent basis in their London office. This role offers a dynamic pathway into institutional investment sales, providing a platform to develop strong communication and organisational skills while supporting the consultant relations and sales processes.The successful candidate will be involved in:Coordinate internal RFP processes and contribute to crafting the final messages.Participate in meetings and calls, document key points, and follow up on action items, including performing analytical/quantitative tasksPartner with Sales Directors to assist in relationship development and sales activitiesOrganise and monitor meetings and conference calls alongside the sales and consultant relations teamsManage the preparation of materials for meetingsFacilitate seamless internal coordination and maintain clear communication with prospects and consultantsConduct market research to identify potential prospects and relevant strategies.Engage in various ad-hoc projects as neededCollaborate with the team to refine and personalise marketing and client documentsThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in a similar role within a global organisationStrong analytical capabilities with advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointIMC preferable, but not mandatoryExcellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detailSelf-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced settingHighly driven, energetic, and confident with a strong interest in the finance sector.Demonstrated experience in project managementStrong commitment to providing prompt and professional service to prospects and team membersFor more information on this opportunity, please apply here or email Chris at [email protected].
