One where you are supported to develop your skills and your career.\n\nThe John Deere Technical Trainer role is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the delivery and assessment of our training portfolio to our dealer personnel as well as supporting projects and activities across the wider John Deere business.\n\nYou will\u2026\n\n * Deliver our all aspects of our Technical Training curriculum to our dealer network\n * Mentor dealer personnel to grow their capabilities during their development journey.\n * Ensure we deliver value to delegates, through your training \u0026 facilitation.\n * Be responsible for all components of virtual as well as face to face training delivery.\n * Support the development of training delegates by conducting skills assessments and promoting career development opportunities. \n * Maintain and develop training aids, workshop facilities and resources.\n * Attend staff meetings, contributing to specific local and regional development projects and activities.\n\n\n\nExperience \u0026 Qualifications\n\n * Clean driving license\n * Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office\n * Industry experience is desirable but not a requirement.\n * Training experience would be an advantage.\n\n\n\nWe offer a competitive rewards package including 25 days\u0027 holidays plus bank holidays (increasing with service), the opportunity to buy and sell holidays, subsidised canteen, a flexible and inclusive working environment, a competitive bonus scheme, a contributory pension scheme and Group Income Protection and Group Life Assurance / Death in Service benefits.
