About the Role

As an Instructor Demonstrator Plumbing at Coleg Cambria, you will:

Support and deliver practical plumbing workshop sessions within a modern training environment,
Demonstrate safe and effective plumbing techniques, industry-standard practices, and workshop procedures,
Prepare tools, equipment, and materials to support high-quality learner experiences,
Work closely with curriculum teams to support learner progress and practical skill development,
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised workshop environment in line with Health & Safety requirements,
Support learners in developing technical skills across pipework, jointing, installation methods, and domestic plumbing systems.

What We’re Looking For

A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Plumbing or a related subject area,
Relevant commercial or domestic plumbing industry experience,
The ability to confidently demonstrate practical plumbing skills and safe working practices,
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a passion for supporting learners,
Good IT skills and the ability to learn and use new systems and technologies,
Welsh language skills are essential for this role.
