Max Energy is a growing supply and fit insulation installer, working across the UK’s new build housing sector.

With the Government committed to building 1.5 million new homes, we’re continuing to grow — and we’re looking for people to join our expanding team.

We have committed workloads for years to come, working with some of the UK’s biggest housebuilders, including Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Redrow, Bellway and Vistry.

👷 No insulation experience? No problem!

You don’t need previous insulation experience to join us.

We provide a full training programme to give you the skills and knowledge you need to become a successful Insulation Installer.

If you're practical, reliable, enjoy working outdoors and don't mind getting stuck in, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

* Installing different types of insulation into external walls and lofts

* Loading and unloading materials from your vehicle

* Following our installation processes and quality standards

* Carrying out pre- and post-installation inspections

* Completing job paperwork using our in-house app on a tablet

* Following all Max Energy and site Health & Safety procedures

* Working safely and professionally on new build housing sites

What we're looking for

Essential:

* Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

* Aged 21+ for insurance purposes

* A good level of fitness — this is a hands-on role and can be physically demanding

* CSCS card, or willingness to obtain one

* Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn

Desirable, but not essential:

* Previous insulation installation experience

* General construction or site experience

* Site labouring experience

* Practical/DIY experience
