Insurance Account Executive

An involved Client Services role which will support a dynamic, expanding Lloyd's Market Fintech business who seeks a person with Lloyd's Market background, to assist with onboarding new Appointed Representatives.
City of London - Hybrid
The company seeks a person with who has a good understanding of Lloyds and other London Market practices and procedures, London Market systems knowledge, understands the TOBA process in conjunction with compliance and legal, and can work with the Processing Team to manage binding authorities and/or line slips to support onboarding insurance clients.

Duties include ensuring that the firm and clients are fully utilising and conforming to the FCA requirements
Assist with all forms of Lloyds applications as required
Communicate with clients and markets via email and telephone as required
Manage TOBA process in conjunction with compliance and legal
Work with the Processing Team to manage binding authorities and/or line slips as required
Maintain all electronic (and/or paper) files to the required standard
Help with both technical and accounting queries relevant to Lloyds projects
Report any complaints received speedily, and in accordance with the Firms procedures
Other tasks as may be required from time to time
Objectives of the Role
To assist with onboarding new Appointed Representatives (AR)
To assist with managing AR relationships
To work closely with compliance function on the AR network oversight
To provide a high-quality support service to clients, markets, and third-party organisations, particularly in respect of Lloyds processes
To ensure that all clients adhere to the FCA and Lloyds regulatory requirements
To ensure that all documentation and/or applicable procedures adhere to the standards required by the Firm and set from time to time by the London Market
To support the Director of Networks in day-to-day activities
Management Responsibilities
Co-ordinate relevant reporting as required
