Insurance Account Executive - Private Clients

Job Title: Private Clients Executive
Location: Kensington (Hybrid: Tue-Thu in-office)
Salary: £35,000-£55,000
Benefits: Hybrid working, quarterly performance bonus (£750-£1,250) plus discretionary annual bonus

Role Summary:
An opportunity to join a high-performing team managing a prestigious book of high-net-worth motor and personal lines clients. With a focus on relationship-building and client retention, you'll support a book of 20-40 clients, handling high-value vehicles (£100k+), cross-selling additional policies, and rounding out cover across homes and other assets. You’ll work alongside a smart, lively team who value face-to-face client interaction and take pride in delivering a polished service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renewals and MTAs across a curated portfolio of high-net-worth clients: build long-term client trust
• Handle high-value motor policies (including single and multi-vehicle): provide expert, tailored cover
• Cross-sell household and other personal lines: round out protection and increase client retention
• Promote in-person meetings where appropriate: build rapport and strengthen client loyalty
• Collaborate within a supportive, energetic team: thrive in a vibrant, professional office

Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in personal lines insurance
• Exposure to motor and household products — ideally in the high-net-worth space
• Smart, polished presentation style with confidence meeting clients face-to-face
• Comfortable working across hybrid arrangements (Tue-Thu in-office)
