This independent brokerage is known for looking after its people.
You'll be stepping into a well-managed book of private clients, with the chance to dip into commercial and HNW work too.

They're losing a great team member - but someone is stepping up internally, so they're ready to welcome the next bright talent.
If you've got the foundations in place and you're ready to take the next step, this could be a brilliant move.

The Role:

• Look after an existing book of private clients (mainly home, motor, and some HNW)
• Handle renewals, MTAs and some new business
• Support the commercial team when needed - everyone chips in
• Deliver a high standard of service across personal and commercial lines
• Maintain accurate client records and stay compliant with FCA standards

What They're Looking For:

• Experience in personal lines insurance (home and motor essential)
• Someone proactive, organised, and able to work with some autonomy
• A genuine interest in progressing your career in insurance
• Professional and personable with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a busy office environment
