Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for ambitious Insurance Account Handlers and aspiring Account Executives. The role would suit an experienced insurance professional looking for a fresh new challenge. Motts Insurance are a dynamic brokerage with traditional values and we are one of the few remaining independent brokers in South Wales.

The role involves working as a team generating new business and retaining existing clients. You will be using your initiative to seek out new markets for all kinds of products and all types of customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and share your insurance knowledge. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the managing director to help develop new income streams. Working with a small dedicated team you will provide exceptional customer service, and go the extra mile to provide expertise and advice to our loyal client base.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial & property insurance
  • At least one years experience of Acturis
  • You will posses a broad Knowledge of insurance policies and broking practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Build long lasting relationships with insurance industry experts and our business clients
  • You will come up with ideas to grow the business.
  • You will have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem solving will come naturally to you
  • Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in insurance desired but not essential
