Insurance Administrator – Southend on Sea (Hybrid) - £excellent

We’re working with a major Property Services company based in Southend on Sea, Essex.

Within their Finance Team, they are looking to hire an Insurance Administrator / Insurance Associate as follows:

* Hybrid working (2 days per week WFH), 3 days per week reporting into a Southend on Sea office with free parking

* Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, providing administrative support in relation to insurance and wider property finance matters

* Responsible for placing Buildings Insurance cover across a portfolio of property, working closely with brokers and claims handers to ensure policy suitability in terms of cost and cover

* Answering resident queries and disputes, predominantly insurance related, but also touching on Ground Rent and Service Charge matters.

* Issuing invoices, processing payments, and recovering arrears

* Property and/or insurance background preferred, but training provided in-post

* Good admin, IT and communication skills essential
