Job Description - Insurance Administrator - Hybrid Working + Career Progression!

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (negotiable) plus benefits including:

As an Insurance Technician based within the supportive and friendly team in Cheltenham, your role will be to provide efficient, effective and expert administrative support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions.

They are committed to developing all of their employees, all staff in this team are supported to achieve professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Insurance to achieve a certificate in insurance (Cert CII qualified) if not already achieved.

Responsibilities:

- Dealing with all incoming communication (emails mainly)

- Providing details to support discussions around policy changes

- Review claims information

- Working as part of a team to manage multiple complex claims

Candidate Attributes:

- GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent)

- Effective communication skills

- Decision making

- Problem solving

- Confident in using a computer
