An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a worldwide insurance company as an Insurance Advisor in their Aylesbury office. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in insurance—whether you're a confident school leaver or have previous office experience and are ready for your next step.

Key Duties:

Supporting customers with new insurance enquiries and policy selection
Providing advice on suitable insurance products tailored to individual needs
Handling policy renewals and mid-term adjustments
Answering queries by phone and email with professionalism and empathy
Building strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
Ensuring all documentation and customer details are recorded accurately
