Job Description - Insurance Advisor

We’re recruiting for an Insurance Advisor to join a growing Contact Centre team at our stunning Head Office in Spinningfields, Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multi-award-winning company that's revolutionising the insurance industry through technology and service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing as an Insurance Advisor:

Making calls to customers who have opted in for a Home Insurance quote as part of their mortgage journey to offer our services.
Providing expert advice to ensure customers receive the most suitable policy for their needs
Identifying opportunities to convert leads and maximise new business revenue
Managing inbound enquiries and following up warm leads
Delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with FCA regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience, ideally in a telephony-based role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A passion for delivering great customer outcomes
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven attitude
Organised with good time management and IT skills
Insurance or FCA-regulated experience (preferred but not essential)
