Location: Doncaster (Office-based)
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm

I’m currently working with a well-established insurance broker in Doncaster to recruit a Commercial Insurance Advisor to join their thriving commercial department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with insurance experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious team environment.

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.

• Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Handle all aspects of policy management for both new and existing business.

• Conduct pre-renewal reviews and support the renewal process.

• Source the wholesale broker market to find the most suitable products for clients.

• Market risks effectively and liaise with underwriters where necessary.

• Work closely with the sales and commercial directors to support growth objectives.

• Deliver a personalised, advisory-led approach to each client.

• Previous experience within the insurance industry is essential.

• Knowledge of commercial insurance is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive and organised, with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

• Salary of £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
