We're partnering with a well-established, community-focused firm in Taunton that's known for its integrity, client care, and supportive team culture. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a confident and proactive Insurance Advisor to join their team-no prior insurance experience required.

Position: Insurance Advisor

Location: Taunton, Somerset
Salary: Up to £30,000 PA
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging with individuals and businesses to understand their insurance needs
• Providing tailored advice across a wide range of personal and commercial insurance products
• Building long-term client relationships through trust and excellent service
• Identifying opportunities to grow the client base through networking and referrals
• Collaborating with a friendly, experienced team in a supportive environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing advisory role
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
• No insurance experience needed-just a willingness to train and grow
• Working towards (or open to pursuing) Cert CII qualifications (fully supported)
