Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to clients on a wide range of insurance products, helping them select the most suitable coverage.

• Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients, fostering long-term, trusted relationships.

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and strategic sales initiatives.

• Stay informed on industry developments, product updates, and regulatory changes.

• Ensure excellent customer service through efficient handling of enquiries, claims, renewals, and issue resolution.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in insurance, sales, or financial services is desirable.

• Proficient IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Highly organised, capable of managing multiple client accounts effectively.
