Role Overview
The Insurance Advisor will play a key role in supporting clients and underwriting teams by delivering accurate, efficient, and friendly service. This role offers excellent development opportunities for individuals looking to progress their career in the insurance market.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support on new business quotations, mid-term adjustments, and policy renewals.

Liaise with clients, brokers, and underwriters to ensure queries are dealt with professionally and efficiently.

Input and maintain accurate records on internal systems.

Assist in preparing documentation such as policy schedules and endorsements.

Monitor inboxes and respond to enquiries in a timely manner.

Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities when appropriate.

Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure client needs are met and compliance standards are upheld.

Key Skills & Attributes
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and organisational ability.

Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to manage and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Desirable (but not essential)
Previous experience in an insurance, financial services, or customer-facing role.

Knowledge of general insurance products, particularly property or commercial lines.
