Job Description - Insurance Broker

The Role: Senior TechnicianThis is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to step into a pivotal Insurance role. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of high-quality Insurance services and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:

Managing and reviewing Insurance documentation, including policies, endorsements, and schedules
Supporting brokers with Insurance placements and client servicing
Preparing and processing Insurance slips, presentations, and reports
Handling Insurance claims data and contributing to claims analysis
Ensuring compliance with Insurance regulations and internal standards
Collaborating with underwriting and broking teams to deliver seamless Insurance solutions
Using Insurance market systems and platforms for accurate documentation and processing

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in the Insurance sector, ideally within liability lines
Strong knowledge of London Market Insurance practices and compliance
Proficiency in Insurance systems and documentation standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach
