Are you great at building relationships and giving solid, honest advice? We’re looking for an experienced Insurance Broker to join a well-established team in South Leicester.

As an Insurance Broker, you’ll be the go-to person for clients looking for cover that suits their needs – no pushy selling, just great service and expert guidance. You’ll handle everything from quotes and renewals to claims support, making sure your clients feel looked after every step of the way.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a background in commercial or personal lines insurance who’s ready for a fresh challenge in a supportive, down-to-earth team.

What you’ll be doing as Insurance Broker:

• Speaking with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Sourcing competitive quotes and presenting the best options
• Handling renewals, adjustments, and policy queries
• Providing support and advice throughout the claims process
• Keeping records up to date and always ensuring compliance

What we’re looking for in an Insurance Broker:

• Previous experience in an insurance broker or advisor role, ideally commercial lines
• Strong communication skills and a natural rapport-builder
• Customer-focused with a helpful, solution-led approach
• Confident managing multiple accounts and admin tasks
• A good understanding of FCA guidelines and insurance compliance
