Insurance Broker

We are seeking experienced Insurance Broker to join a highly successful insurance broking business based in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a large and successful office with an experienced leadership team and a focus on growth and development.

The Role

• To work with key clients to support their insurance programme ensuring that work is completed to the highest standard
• Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
• Work within the Real Estate & Construction team to drive business growth
• Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
• Excellent career progression within a large professional insurance group

The Candidate

• 3 years minimum Cross Class experience
• Proven experience in Property & Casualty within the Commercial and Corporate sector
• Good Technical Commercial knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
