Insurance Claims Agent

The Company:

A rapidly expanding Insurance Claims agency based in Aylesbury. Working with some of the UK's leading insurers, they work with local suppliers to get a customers property back to pre-loss condition as quickly as possible.

The Role:

To join an established team responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted scopes of work from our network of Restoration or Construction specialists.

You will be working with our local suppliers and our clients to agree a set of works to get a customers property back to pre-loss condition as quickly as possible.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building relationships with our network of suppliers
• Ensuring communication between all key stakeholders on the claim
• Validation of costs and claim coverage
• Final reconciliation of work carried out
• Ensuring service levels are adhered to
• Applying client philosophies to work schedules
• Liaising with operatives and clients to agree a scope of work
• Ensuring repair schedules are appropriate and efficient
• Offering support and guidance to our Network
• Effectively navigating any roadblocks to agreeing a scope of works

Qualifications | Skillset:

• Strong negotiation skills, and a natural talent for connecting with people
• Passionate about working as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workload effectively
• Clear attention to detail and investigative qualities

About You:

We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, strong communication skills and methodical, accurate administration skills. Prior experience in Property, Construction, Insurance or housing would be advantageous.
