Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert advice on insurance products and services
• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Processing policy applications and renewals
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in insurance or financial services (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach
• Able to work full-time on-site in Leeds
