Monday – Friday – 35 hr week

An established financial services firm is currently seeking an experienced Insurance Executive to manage a portfolio of both personal and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling both advised and non-advised insurance policies, with a focus on delivering in-person client reviews. Strong relationship management skills are essential, as the role is key to fostering long-term client loyalty and ensuring high retention rates.

Duties include:

• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant insurance products and claims processes, in line with required licensing and compliance standards.
• Manage a varied portfolio of clients, offering tailored advice and solutions that suit both individual and business needs.
• Hold all client meetings in a professional, positive manner
• Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base to support business growth

The successful candidate must have/be:

• Proven experience within the insurance sector or other regulated environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Possess a valid driving license and access to own transport
• Proficient in IT with solid technical skills
