Commercial Insurance Executive

Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

£24,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE

I am currently representing an insurance company who are looking to grow their successful team. This role offers a dynamic mix of customer service, sales, and administration tasks and would be suitable for someone who is looking to progress in their career.

Key duties:

• Answer and resolve customer queries
• Handle general policy administration and produce high-quality documentation
• Proactively follow up on insurance enquiries to convert them into policies
• Ensure customer satisfaction is consistently exceeded
• Maintain accurate records on the system
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of company products and share expertise with colleagues
• Identify trends and areas for improvement, proposing solutions
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Engage in regular learning and development activities in line with company and FCA requirements
