The Role Handling inbound and outbound calls relating to Commercial products, our Insurance Executives are responsible for gathering risk information and providing our potential New Business customers with compliant quotations based on the customers’ requirements and in line with FCA regulations.. You will receive exceptional training to build and utilise product knowledge ensuring you can provide our Customers with a First Class Experience when dealing with their requirements for Insurance. Skills & Abilities You must have excellent communication skills and a strong can-do attitude with a resilient and assertive nature. You are passionate about customer service and you are sales-target driven with a determination to make the most of all opportunities presented. You are organised and able to prioritise effectively with support from your line manager but equally, you are a team player who is eager to support your colleagues and prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in wherever needed to help the business grow.
