Insurance Fraud Lawyer - Hybrid

A well respected and expanding legal team is seeking an experienced Insurance Fraud Lawyer to manage a diverse caseload of complex motor fraud and EL/PL fraud cases. You will be working with major insurance clients on high-value and sophisticated claims gaining exposure to market-leading fraud litigation work.

As an Insurance Fraud Lawyer, you will:

• Manage a caseload of complex and organised fraud matters, including motor and EL/PL fraud.
• Carry out detailed investigations, analyse evidence, and prepare strategic defences.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, offering commercially sound and pragmatic advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across departments to ensure cases are handled effectively and within client service standards.

What they are looking for:

• 1+ years PQE or equivalent experience with a solid background in fraud litigation, ideally gained within insurance, motor, or financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of fraud law, including relevant case law and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously when required.
