Are you a confident communicator with a natural ability to connect with people? Looking for a role where you can earn commission, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in sales? We’re on the lookout for driven individuals to join our Lead Generation team in our Chorley office.

As an Insurance Lead Generator, you’ll be speaking to qualified customers, asking the right questions, and passing over high-quality leads to our sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Speak to qualified leads using our predictive dialler

· Discuss General insurance, home insurance, Life Insurance with customers

· Identify customer needs and handle objections with confidence (full training provided)

· Pass on accurate, high-quality leads to the sales team

· Work towards achievable weekly and monthly targets, earning commission along the way

· Be part of a supportive, lively office team culture

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong communication skills, confident, clear, and professional on the phone

· Experience in lead generation is desirable but not essential (experience from other industries welcome)

· Motivated, reliable, and resilient with a positive, target-driven mindset

· Willingness to learn and grow with the business

· £23,809 basic salary (OTE £32,000+)

· Weekly pay (37.5-hour working week with early Friday finish)
