HFG are currently recruiting for a leading Lloyd's Insurer who are seeking a Insurance Litigator to join their growing team.

My client is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Barrister to join their legal team and help with both pre-action and litigated claims to a conclusion, demonstrating an effective use of your legal and commercial skills. Experience with professional negligence is required and experience handling PI and Financial Case risks are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Resolve pre-action and litigated claims efficiently using legal and commercial skills.
Analyze cases and suggest strategies for alternative dispute resolution.
Oversee tasks assigned to team members.
Maintain relationships with Claims Professionals, Brokers, and Insureds.
Manage a moderate caseload of moderately complex claims independently.
Receive guidance from the Head of Legal Practice on complex and high exposure claims.
Collaborate with the Head of Legal Practice to establish goals for the practice and contribute to its expansion planning.
