You will be responsible for the smooth handling of insurance renewals and post-renewal administration, working with the CRM systems, you will handle all the sensitive information, ensuring the highest quality of services are met.
This key role is vital to ensuring efficient operations and helping the team meet important business KPIs.
Growing your career in the insurance space, your foremost goal will be to guarantee prompt and effective solutions by bridging the administrative gap between the customers and the Account Executives. With strong organisational and prioritisation skills, you will have exceptional communication skills paired with accuracy in documentation processes.
