Join a prestigious Dispute Resolution Unit as an Associate or Senior Associate focusing on Insurance Policyholder and Commercial Disputes. We are seeking a Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE, who is experienced in handling complex commercial litigation and has an interest in developing a practice in Insurance Policyholder Disputes.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle complex commercial litigation including contractual disputes, corporate/shareholder disputes, professional negligence, fraud, insurance, and financial services/banking disputes.
• Work closely with industry experts to grow the Insurance Policyholder Disputes practice.
• Engage with household name national and international clients, delivering high-value work.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A legal qualification with at least 5 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience in handling high-quality commercial litigation in the High Court or before leading arbitration bodies.
• Interest and experience in complex insurance coverage disputes.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in business development.
• Must be a SRA registered lawyer.
