In terms of skillset, we are seeking an individual with a deep understanding of the underwriting marketplace (Lloyd’s or company market) who can demonstrate the ability to; understand underwriting P&L, interpret metrics that can be used to improve performance and KPI’s, monitor underwriting accounts at portfolio level and have the ability to influence senior stakeholders (both internal and external).
