?? Role: Insurance Sales Advisor (No Cold Calling)
?? Location: Dartford - Beautiful, modern offices with excellent transport links (Train/Bus/Car)
?? Salary: £25,840 basic + exceptional monthly bonus (Realistic OTE: £50,000+ in your first year)
?? Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
?? Start Date:Monday 7th July - must be available to start on this date
?? Contract: Permanent, full-time
? Full training provided - no insurance experience required!

We're proud to be partnering with a leading insurance company in Dartford to find a driven and customer-focused individual to join their expanding team. This is a consultative sales role-no cold calling, just warm leads from customers who have already expressed interest in private health insurance.

You'll be part of a supportive, high-performing team in a business that genuinely values its people. If you're passionate about helping customers, love working towards targets, and want to earn fantastic commission in a professional environment-this is the role for you.

• Calling customers who have requested a quote or renewal-no cold calls
• Building rapport and understanding each customer's lifestyle and insurance needs
• Recommending suitable policies and clearly explaining cover levels, pricing, and exclusions
• Accurately inputting customer information into the system while maintaining a great conversation
• Working towards achievable monthly targets in a supportive, team-based environment

• Experience in a phone-based customer service or sales role
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Confidence working in a target-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
