Insurance Sales Advisor

Looking to take your insurance career to the next level? We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Advisor to join a high-performing team based in South Manchester (Sale). The role offers a fantastic base salary of between £27,00 - £30,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission over £50,000 in your 1st year!

What You'll Do:

As a Insurance Sales Advisor you may not have sold life insurance before on an advised basis, but if you have experience in sales, preferably insurance or other financial services, we will provide you with the training and all the support you need to ensure you have the right product knowledge and thorough understanding of the market that's required

Your Day-to-Day:

• Receive pre-qualified leads from our in-house team.
• Conduct fact finds and provide life insurance advice over the phone.
• Convert high-quality enquiries into policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of experience in Life Insurance / Protection sales (preffered)
• 1-2 years strong sales experience in similar roles such as Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, Protection Advisor, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Car Finance Sales etc.
• A people-focused approach with a passion for helping others
• Familiarity with FCA standards and compliance processes
• Positive mindset, resilience, and a hunger to achieve
