I’m working with a fast-growing specialist insurance broker in Stoke-on-Trent that’s looking to hire hungry, driven sales professionals.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a telesales background who wants to earn well and be rewarded for their effort. It’s all warm leads—no cold calling—and you’ll be speaking to customers who’ve already shown interest in niche motor insurance products like courier, taxi and convicted driver cover.

The role is fast-paced and all about closing deals. You’ll earn 10% of the income you generate, with average bonuses between £1,200–£1,700 a month, on top of a basic salary of up to £30k. The team environment is fun, energetic and focused, with great incentives, free breakfasts, and regular socials.
