Insurance Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused individual to join our clients Private Client Insurance team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities and providing bespoke insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals. You will build strong relationships with prospective clients, assess their unique insurance needs, and deliver tailored coverage options with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the high-net-worth market.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and present bespoke insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and intermediaries.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of private client insurance products and market trends.

Requirements:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Cert CII qualification (or working towards) preferred.
• A client-first mindset with attention to detail and discretion.
