Job Description - Insurance Sales Executive

Our client is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Executive to join their high-performing team in Manchester. With a base salary of £24,000 – £25,000, uncapped commission, and realistic OTE of £30,000 – £35,000, this role is perfect for someone who’s hungry to exceed targets. What You'll Be Doing: As an Insurance Sales Executive, your focus will be on converting leads into sales through exceptional product knowledge, persuasive communication, and a relentless drive to meet and exceed KPIs. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into sales.
  • Advising customers on the best insurance products to suit their needs.
  • Managing the full sales process from quote to policy set-up.
  • Building strong relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
  • Hitting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
