Insurance Solicitor

We are working with a nationally recognised firm looking to expand their Manchester based insurance litigation team, working with legal professionals across legal, construction, financial and property sectors on insurance disputes and professional indemnity.

As an Insurance Solicitor, you will:

• Join a nationally recognised defendant professional indemnity team.
• Handle complex and high-value insurance disputes.
• Work predominantly on professional indemnity claims.
• Engage with work referred either directly by clients or via insurers.
• Manage both pre-action and litigated claims.
• Collaborate with a wider national insurance disputes team.
• Deliver practical, strategic legal advice to a diverse client base.

Act on behalf of a wide range of professionals, including:

• Solicitors and barristers
• Accountants and independent financial advisers
• Insurance brokers
• Construction professionals and surveyors

What they are looking for:

• 4-5 years' PQE with a focus on professional indemnity or insurance disputes.
• Strong knowledge of litigation and pre-action protocols.
• Experience at a top regional, city firm, or in-house with a global insurer or MGA.
• Excellent analytical and client relationship management skills.
