Insurance Solutions Structurer (Rates) - UK Clients

Overview

Front-office role focused on designing and delivering rates-driven solutions for UK insurance clients
Working at the intersection of sales, trading, and clients, with a strong emphasis on liability-driven and balance sheet-efficient strategies

Key Responsibilities

Structure and price interest rate solutions including IRS, swaptions, and inflation-linked products
Develop solutions supporting ALM, liability hedging, and capital optimisation under Solvency II / Solvency UK
Partner with trading to design hedging strategies and manage rates risk and optionality
Work closely with sales to originate and deliver tailored solutions to life insurers and pension clients
Take ownership of transactions from structuring through execution

Requirements

4-10 years' experience in rates structuring or derivatives structuring
Strong knowledge of interest rate products (swaps, swaptions, inflation)
Experience covering or working with UK insurance clients
