Insurance Team Leader - Existing Business
Salary: £45000-£47000

We're seeking an Existing Business Team Leader to take the reins of a Commercial Property team based in Cheltenham.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be supporting and developing a close-knit team of advisors - making sure service is always spot on, processes run smoothly, and growth keeps ticking upward.

If you love people management, client relationships, and making things work better - this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing:

Leading, supporting and motivating your team day-to-day
Coaching, training, and running performance reviews - you're the go-to for development
Keeping clients happy and confident in the service they receive
Helping shape our sales strategy, and rolling out campaigns with impact
Working closely with management, insurers, and other departments
Making decisions, solving problems, and keeping things compliant
Reviewing performance data and feeding insights to senior leaders

What you'll need:

Background in general insurance
Experience managing or supervising a team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A natural ability to organise, lead, and prioritise
Commercial thinking and sales awareness
Cert CII qualified (or interested to start working towards it)
