Due to expansion, a position for an ECF Technician has arisen.

Your new role

Your new role working as an ECF Technician means you will be generating new business and renewal invoices using Acturis, logging new risks on Acturis and new business sheet, producing slips and other technical documentation and preparing endorsements and uploading these onto PPL. Duties will also include processing BDX settlements on ECF, managing claims settlements, creating claim form requests, setting up and maintain new claims for Professional Indemnity on ECF and processing refunds/deductible entries on ECF. Further duties will also include monitoring ECF approvals and track instructions using diary entries and sending out renewal requests and ensured timely follow-up with clients and underwriters.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience working as an ECF Technician will contribute to your success in securing this role. Additionally, they would look at a school leaver who wants to get into the insurance industry as a Technician.
