Must have’s

* Basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles, terminology and common policy terms

* Ability to follow documented processes and procedures accurately

* Good attention to detail and organisational skills

* Strong communication, customer service and teamwork skills

* Ability to identify key information and solve routine problems with guidance

* Confidence using relevant business systems and everyday technology, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI reports

So, what will you be doing?

* Complete standard processing tasks in line with documented procedures

* Gather information and complete standard document templates for internal and external distribution

* Enter, amend, update and validate data accurately on relevant systems

* Create and maintain accurate electronic and paper files and management information

* Support documentation checking, claims and premium processing where applicable

* Check information is complete and accurate before progressing work

* Manage and prioritise allocated work, seeking support when required

* Identify potential errors and omissions risks and escalate them promptly

* Respond professionally and promptly to colleagues and customers
