Dedicated, boutique law firm looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor to join their Birmingham offices.

About the role

Our client is looking for someone who can join their busy and rapidly growing Commercial team. Within this role, your day-to-day duties may include:

• Managing your own caseload of Intellectual Property matters
• Developing and implementing strategies for the protection and commercial use of IP rights
• Conducting legal research
• Advising clients on arrangement and negotiations
• Taking part in Business Development Initiatives

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-5 years PQE within Commercial and IP law, can maintain client relationship, prioritise their own time effectively, has a keen eye for detail and is confident in their own ability.
