Interim Accounts Assistant - Retail

We're looking for an Interim Accounts Assistant to join a growing retail group in the heart of London! Joining this hybrid and fast-paced working environment, you will be maintaining the general ledger across the group, had experience working with NetSuite, and be available immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate general ledgers, timely reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Post global payroll journals, accruals and prepayments
• Allocate and recharge corporate costs within the group
• Reconcile inter-company charges and agree on balances
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in financial records
• Submit financial reports on time to meet deadlines
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation for efficiency and accuracy
• Compile and post journal entries in NetSuite with proper documentation
• Conduct ad-hoc financial and analysis tasks, as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years transactional and end-to-end financial experience (ideally in retail)
• AAT or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) is a plus
• Experience working with NetSuite software (ERP Systems)
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Practical knowledge of UKGAAP/IFRS
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
