Description

Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile supplier statements to ensure records are correct.
Handle payment runs, ensuring all payments are made on time.
Respond to supplier queries and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and support month-end processes.
Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks as required by the team.Profile

A successful Interim Accounts Payable Admin should have:

Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
An ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
