Interim Building Surveyor

Adecco's specialist Property Services Division is delighted to be partnering with a Yorkshire based Housing Association to recruit an interim Building Surveyor to assist the management of 230 properties across Bradford.

We are looking for an experienced surveyor with good knowledge of stock condition and assets /planned to do their pre and post work inspections and ensure all the contractor's work are respecting the standards and quality expectations.

• 230 properties and 600 units (some multi occupancy)
• Work is done on a tablet or a system - devices
• Pre and post inspections
• Some managing of contractors

Requirements

• Social housing experience is a must
• UK driving licence and access to car for work
• HHSRS knowledge
