Interim Clinical Support Manager

As an Interim Clinical Support Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager, combining operational oversight with hands-on support. This role is ideal for an experienced care leader or Regional Support Manager ready to strengthen leadership capability and drive consistent, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager to improve care quality and governance within the services.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop confident and capable management teams.
• Lead on audits, inspections, and action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards.

About You

• Registered Nurse
• Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections, governance, and quality improvement.
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks and driving operational performance across services.
