Position Summary
Under the direction of the Inventory Control (IC) Manager, the Inventory Control Coordinator will work with e.l.f. Beauty’s third-party logistics (3PL) providers by managing our inventory at multiple locations. The Inventory Control Coordinator will work closely with, but not limited to, order management, transportation, production and supply planners, the accounting team, and third-party providers to support keeping the inventory accurate. The Inventory Control Coordinator will assist the (IC) Manager in duties related to inventory Sox compliance, 3PL variances, inventory reconciliations for each 3pl partner. Inventory destruction, damages, donations, eComm inventory fulfillment, Also, the individual will perform other related responsibilities as assigned. This includes participating in e.l.f.’s Continuous Improvement program.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains various systems and databases for multiple locations within the United States and Internationally.
• Assists the (IC) Manager with end of month soft close reporting and accounting related follow up activities
• Investigates inventory variances between physical and system inventory, reviews adjustments, shortage/ over/ damage reports
• Tracks all product QA Holds both internal and regulatory
• Ensure daily reconciliation and accurate reporting of departments is completed timely and accurately. Variances are researched, documented and adjustments are made after approval
· Assisting the (IC) Manager with the inventory aging process including working with the DC’s, QA, Order Management and Sales to reduce waste
Requirements:
• Strong ability to effectively prioritizes tasks based on department goals
• Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills needed to work with teams both within the US and Internationally
• Extremely strong Microsoft Office skills (work, excel, powerpoint)
• Ability to make recommendations that continuously improve policies and procedures. SAP & NetSuite experience required.
• Strong understanding of inventory and SOX compliance, hardworking, collaborative and a team player
• College degree with 3-5 years of work experience of listed responsibilities is preferred. Okay to replace work experience for college degree
• Continuous Improvement training and certification a plus
• Must be self-motivated and detailed oriented.
