Are you a passionate and experienced Wedding Sales Co-ordinator looking for an exciting interim role? Our prestigious hotel in the heart of North Yorkshire is seeking a talented individual to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills in a picturesque and dynamic environment, ensuring every wedding we host is nothing short of magical.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Liaison:

Engage with prospective and current clients, providing exceptional service and detailed information about our wedding packages, ensuring a seamless planning process from initial inquiry to the big day.
Sales & Marketing:

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients, maximizing occupancy and revenue. Utilize social media, email marketing, and networking to promote our wedding services.
Event Coordination:

Work closely with the events team to plan and execute weddings, ensuring every detail aligns with the couple's vision. Oversee logistics, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors.
Personalized Service:

Offer bespoke advice and recommendations, tailoring packages to meet the unique needs and desires of each couple.
Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records, prepare contracts, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with hotel policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in wedding sales and coordination, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
A passion for creating memorable experiences and a keen eye for detail.
